SEASONAL CONTRACTS

Allow our customers to be able to budget for snow removal. The customer pays us in 5 or 6 or 12 monthly installments throughout the year regardless of how much it does or doesn’t snow. We in turn take care of all aspects of snow and ice management services per the scope of work for that customer. 

Seasonal contracts allow the customer to rest easy knowing that no matter what winter throws our way, their property is well taken care of and they know the price up front without any surprises. 

PER TIME
CONTRACTS

Whether the service be, plowing, shoveling, or deicing applications, the customer just pays for every time that service is performed throughout the winter season.

HOURLY
CONTRACTS

Hourly customers pay for each piece of equipment, laborer, or truck at a predefined hourly rate.  Deicing applications can then be done per bag, per pound, or per ton depending on material being used.

COMPREHENSIVE LAWN CARE MANAGEMENT

Snow Management contracts can also be coupled with a comprehensive lawn care management contract to provide all outdoor property services for a set monthly fee or on a per time basis for all services.
